Mommy Boot Camp

So I decided that it is time for positive change in my life. First beginning with my personal fitness. I am a mother of two children and well let's just say I am carrying a lot of left over baby weight lol. I am starting this blog so I can track my progress and hopefully inspire others to make changes as well. I have about thirty pounds that I want to lose. I want to transform my body into the best shape that I can. I know that this is going to be extremely difficult but it is possible.
